All Iwata airbrushes and ‘Neo for Iwata’ airbrushesare warranted by Anest Iwata-Medea against all manufacturing defects of materials and manufacture or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover needles, nozzles, packing and o-rings, since these parts need to be replaced occasionally due to normal wear. Any other part or material that is or becomes defective so as not to be usable within this period will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or airbrushes that have been altered or abused in any way. It also does not cover cleaning or servicing.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
Your item should be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also be in its original packaging.
